Grocery Receipt based Recipe Recommendation System

so ppl online complain about wastage of grocery in their house they usually buy an item cook with it and leave rest of that and it goes waste so, i came up with this idea where once they shop form grocery shop user uploads the receipt to my website and then i read the list of items from grocery and make a table of it in dB, if there's already an user logged in and he uploads the next grocery list it just updates the list so, now what i do is , i send recipe recommendation with the items in user dashboard and it helps them to cook it if they are interested to cook the particular item and in this way the wastage of the food remains minimal and also it helps ppl have an idea what's in their kitchen or fridge.
